The gentle sound of running water, 60 different types of birds are the members of the park. Fishes are inhabited the park’s water. There is a water reservoir named Dzban, which is 1 kilometer long. Litovický Stream is 20 kilometers long and this fed to the reservoir.
It is a landscape of steep rocks and lovely woods. You will feel completely absorbed in the tranquility of the place.
Divoka Sarka in Summer Days
In Divoka Sarka there are two swimming pools, which are very popular during the summer period (April to mid-September or depending on the weather). The pool is in the middle of the valley. These pools are stream feed which quite cold as well refreshing.
At the surrounding shores of the water reservoir, you can find a wide range of water sport activities. Other sports possibilities can be included racket sports, volleyball and tennis.
Divoka Sarka in Winter Days
In winter, Divoka Sarka is blanketed in the snow looking like a fairytale-like a quiet and peaceful. Just play in nature and face the winter elements of the moment is the true statement.
In winter there is a practice of Shinirin-Yoku (Japanese) translated as a Forest Bathing. This practice contains a series of short activities like bathing in the environment which designed to help the participants to take the energy of the forest, breathing control and control the body by using a different kind of senses. And these practices are specially designed, which we cannot perform daily.

One said that once, you can stop the wind from blowing, you can prevent the river from flowing, but you can not control your mind or negative thoughts. The control of thoughts undoubtedly the most difficult (and also most rewarding) thing in the world, But it is believable by constant practice and adopting proper techniques.
Here I am describing a few techniques to help you control your mind powers.
Yogasanas and Exercise
When you do stretching exercise and perform Yogasans, then your different muscles, tensions deposited in them are released. And leading to a free flow of Prana which leads to quietness and control of the mind.
When muscles are tenses and contracted then Prana is not able to move freely, it has the corresponding effect on the balance of mind because mind and Prana are closing interrelated.
Similarly, an anaerobic exercise involving rapid movements, release pockets of tension deposited in the body here and there, which lead to better flow of Prana and better functioning of the mind.
Pranayama (Breathing exercises)
Mind and breath have a very close interrelationship. When the mind is disturbed, breath also becomes an irregular, unrhythmic, jerky, noisy, shallow and limited to the upper chest only. When the mind is calm, inspiration is the slow, deep, rhythmic and abdominal involving movement of the diaphragm
This relationship of mind and inspiration is also seen vice-versa, i.e. by changing our breathing to match it with a relaxed state of mind. We can calm our mind. By various pranayama exercises and Kumbhaka, Parnayam power tremendously increased that leads to great control and strength of mind.
Nadi Shodhan Pranayama
Nadi Shodhan Pranayama is especially useful for the balance of the brain and nervous system. I advised to the readers that they should learn properly various techniques of breathing.
Kriyas (Purificatory Techniques): These kriyas are also a part of Yoga and consist of Nati (Jal neti, sutra neti) Tratak, Kapalbhati, Vasti, Dhauti. These techniques specially designed to clean the impurities of the body. Once the impurities are removed from the body, Prana flows freely, and the mind becomes calm and quiet. Because of its interrelationship with Prana.
Sitting Postures: Various sitting or meditative postures are in Yoga. These postures are such that once you master them, you can set effortlessly in them for a long time. In these asanas, your spine becomes straight and correctly aligned. To name of few such postures, they are Padmasana, Siddhasana, Swastikasana, Vajrasana, Sukhasana, etc.
Once we sit in these postures unmoved for a specified period, we find that mind has become centred and controlled. Why? First, because in the motionless state of the body. And the mind becomes entirely because of its interrelationship with the body.
Secondly, the straight vertical spine encourages Prana to rise upwards against its normal tendency of going downwards during other activities. When Prana grows upward in the spine, mind not only becomes calm and quiet but achieves a higher level of consciousness and its strength control are greatly enhanced.
Right diet has a significant influence on the mind. In Yoga, three types of food that are Satvik,Rajasik and Tamasik. By eating these foods, Prana flows appropriately in the body and mind also remains quiet, positive, and under control.
Satvik foods are fruits, vegetables, milk, honey, lemon, yoghurt, dry fruits (nuts), whole grain cereals etc.
Rajasik foods are those which stimulate the mind and make it restless, e.g. tea, coffee, tobacco, cigarette, cola drinks, sugar, salt etc.
Tamasik foods are such which make the mind and lethargic, e.g. tea, stale foods, onion, alcohol, fatty foods etc. In addition to the type of food, it also matters when we eat, how much we eat, what combination of foods we eat and at what temperature we eat.

The mind is that faculty by virtue of which we are able to be conscious and aware of ourselves. Consciousness and awareness of self and others are the basic characteristics of mind which distinguish sentient or living things (having mind) from insentient or non-living things (not having mind).
A stone is not conscious of itself, as it has no mind. Same is the case with all physical objects. Since they have no consciousness, they can’t think, analyze, reason, feel good or bad, sense pleasure or pain. It is the mind which thinks, reasons, analyzes, discriminates, feels good or bad, senses pleasure and pain, imagines and worries etc.
An inanimate object doesn’t have all these faculties. It is the mind which sees, hears, smells etc. through respective sense organs and through the mechanism of the brain. It is also the mind which speaks, eats, and works through respective physical organs (Karmendriyas).
Is Mind Different from Brain?
The brain is a physical organ like any other organ of the body while the mind is a non-physical entity. Thinking, reasoning, feeling, imagining etc. are all attributes of mind only. The brain and the body, thus, are simply an instrument of the mind.
Is mind Eternal and Immortal?
The brain and the body, being physical in nature, are subject to decay and are perishable in nature, while mind or consciousness or soul never dies. With the passage of time, mind, instead of decaying, grows with the experience and maturity. There was never a time when it was not there and there will never be a time when it will not be there. No external violence, murder, fire, accidents or bombs can touch it.
Levels of mind
There are three levels of mind which together give the mind a single identity.
Conscious The conscious mind is that part of our mind which reasons thinks, discriminates, contemplates and analyzes. Emotions or feelings of all sorts, i.e. likes, dislikes, love, hatred, jealousy, anger, joys, sorrows etc., are all experienced in this mind. The imagination of all sorts of future happenings and worrying about the past are all done through this mind.
Subconscious The subconscious mind is another level of mind and is accessed when we go deep inside our inner journey. The subconscious mind is the storehouse of our memory. All that we have ever seen, heard, thought, talked, done whether in this life or earlier lives get stored here as a sort of permanent record.
Superconscious The superconscious mind is our real self devoid of any impurity and full of bliss and peace. If we can have a glimpse of it even for a moment we will be filled with indescribable peace. It is like drinking from the fountain of joy and peace.
